Friends of the Coralville Library Book Sale from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Looking for some great priced books? Head over to the Coralville Library for their book sale. All books are priced at 50 cents (paperback) and $1 (hardcover). All proceeds go back into the library. The sale is also taking place on Friday from 1:30-5:30pm
American Girl Fashion Show at the Coralville Center for Performing Arts @ 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Over 100 local girls will be modeling to represent the American Girl historical fashions as well as contemporary styles. The show will be fun and educational for all ages. Proceeds will benefit the Iowa Children’s Museum.
Decorate OCO Gingerbread House 2:30-4:30 p.m. Old Capitol Opera is inviting kids of all ages to decorate a life-size gingerbread house that will be used on the stage of the Englert Theatre for the production of Hansel & Gretel. There is a $10 suggested donation for the workshop or you may donate decorating and crafting materials (glue, glitter, wrapping paper, paint etc.) Email Megan O’Brien at [email protected] to sign up.
