Happy Wednesday everyone! As you know, our Charity Race “Blogger Dash” is coming up on October 19th! Along with our co-host Running Wild Iowa City, we are proud to be donating a large portion of our proceeds to the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital, and we would appreciate your help! For that reason, we would love for you to all share the information about Blogger Dash with your friends and family, and be sure to register soon! The early bird rates will end on Friday, October 4th at midnight. And don’t forget, there is a discount for teams of 4+ people! Get your friends and family together and make a day of it!
In addition to the 5k race, we will be holding a kids “fun run” to follow. Registration for the kids race is FREE, but please do register your child so that we have an estimated number of how many kids to plan for. (If the kids would like a t-shirt, cost is $10) Post-race activities also include refreshments, and FREE yoga sessions (both kids and adult!) from Sweet Feet Yoga. This is sure to be a fun morning for the entire family, and for a GREAT cause!
