After an unprecedented April BLIZZARD, we finally were able to gather together for our 5th annual Egg Hunt. First things first, we want to thank you all again for your patience and understanding as we changed our plans and re-scheduled the venue. Also, thank you to the UI Field House for hosting us again this year. What a great space for this event!

Montessori School of Iowa City
Our friends from the Montessori School of Iowa City never disappoint with their activities for the kids. In addition to collecting eggs for their baskets, they also enjoyed a fun coloring activity at this booth! Note to self: get some stencils for my kids at home, because they LOVED them, and they held their attention way longer than expected.
Enrichment Therapies
What kid doesn’t love a game where they get to THROW something, right?! Better yet, an Easter bunny-themed game! The friendly staff from Enrichment Therapies did a great job handling the VERY long line of little ones waiting to play, and we were so happy to have them at our event again this year. We were so excited to have one of our national brand partners involved with the Egg Hunt this year! Our friends at Britax sent us FOUR of their brand new B-Mobile strollers to give away to some lucky moms at the Egg Hunt, at Bloom, and on our Facebook page to celebrate our 5th birthday. How awesome is that?! If you’re searching for a new umbrella stroller, look no further than the B-Mobile. Not only is it nice and compact, plus cool for the summer, it FOLDS UP and has a strap to carry on your SHOULDER! Ah-mazing.
The Pink Umbrella Bakery
Another staple of our Egg Hunt event: the Pink Umbrella cookies!! MMMMMM….Special thanks to Heather for bringing her delicious sugar cookies in all of the beautiful spring colors. They were so delicious, and the kids were so excited to snack on them while they waited for the egg grab! Thank you again for joining us for the 5th annual Egg Hunt for ICMB! We absolutely LOVED watching your kids run for those eggs during the giant egg grab, and we hope they enjoyed getting pics with the Easter Bunny, having a snack, and doing all of the fun crafts and activities. We hope to see you all again next year; here’s hoping for sunshine next time!
